Certified Gastronomy Course

This course will help you master the art of Gastronomy. The duration of this course is three months. Through this course you will get an in-depth knowledge of various food groups and their constituents. You will gain knowledge about cereals/pulses, milk and milk products, eggs, meat and meat products. Know everything about Vegetables and fruits/fats and oils/sugar related products. Once you master this course, you will be able to make your own delicious and nutritionally balanced meals.

Regular Online tests will be conducted to test the knowledge of the students.
